This charming house offers space for up to 6 people and is a peaceful retreat for families and groups of friends who want to spend time together and still have their privacy. You enter through a wooden gate into an inner garden with a pool and a large mango tree. Around it are several terraces and rooftops, perfect for watching the sunset or cooling off in the pool. The beach is only a 3-minute walk away, and fast internet makes working from the house easy. The property has three separate accommodations: Duplex Suite: Downstairs: a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 4 and a half bath. Upstairs: a bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool and the mango tree. The bedroom opens onto a private terrace with sea views and sunsets. Air conditioning included. Garden Suite #1: A cool ground-floor suite facing the pool and mango tree, with a king-size bed, a private bathroom and a ceiling fan (no air conditioning). Outside is a kitchenette with a coffee maker and a mini fridge. Garden Suite #2: Upstairs, with a king-size bed, a workspace, a private bathroom, air conditioning and pleasant cross-ventilation. It has an outdoor kitchenette with a table for two and a private terrace with a sea view, ideal for sunsets or morning coffee. All guests have access to the whole house, the rooftops and the pool. Pool towels are included. Location: Tamarindos is a quiet residential neighborhood between lively La Punta and surfers’ paradise Zicatela. Walk down the street to the beach: turn left for La Punta, right for Zicatela. The Zicatela market, with fresh produce, meat, fish and an ocean-view esplanade, is a 5-minute walk away. Most people in Puerto Escondido get around by scooter, so we recommend renting a scooter or car. Parking is easy, and we’re happy to arrange a rental before you arrive.
